Here are some sources of prayer that may help you:

Prayer is such an important element in our relationship with God.
Our “Care Through Prayer” team regularly pray for each member of our church family. Our Priest and our Lay Pastoral Assistants can arrange a home visit to pray or just call for a chat.
Daily prayer for Purbeck and the world is held daily at the Rectory from Tuesday to Saturday at 8am.
Having time away from the daily routine can be a real blessing. During the year retreats and quiet days provide the opportunity to spend more time in prayer, reading scripture or just “being”.
If you are unsure about praying, remember that God really does want to hear from you. In a prayer you can say whatever is in your heart and God knows this even before you speak.
Prayer can be really life-changing so it is important to set aside time during the day. If you are unsure about what to pray try starting with the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples;
The Lord’s Prayer.
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power, and the glory
for ever and ever.
Amen
